This website Kitchen Appliances is run and operated as www.kitchenappliances.org.uk. We
are part of IDUK, who are an independant company with more than 25 years experience
in running kitchen appliance stores, kitchen design services, granite worktops and sales
and marketing.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We guarantee you 100% dedicated, accurate and honest service, with one thing in mind.
Help and assistance. We will help you every step of the way. Do you hate ordering a
product online and payment is taken straight away? Then you get an email days later
saying the product is out of stock or discontinued?
We negotiate with many suppliers, manufaturers and distributors of kitchen appliances, to
ensure you get the correct information on products, prices, delivery and returns. We offer
our service to you at no cost and we hope to put a very big smile on your face guaranteed.
PAYMENT
We will only require payment from you, if you decide to buy the products from ourself. We
supply customers with Free advice and we also help you with your appliance purchase.
We accept all forms of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron and Debit cards.
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US
If we process your order ourselves, we will provide you with an email receipt of purchase,
along with a copy/link to our terms and conditions of sale. Once we process your order
we will contact the necessary supplier or distributor who will aim then distribute the
product to you. The details of this will all be confirmed along with price, delivery times
and information on returns and refunds.
DELIVERY
Delivery is to mainland UK only. We can arrange for deliveries worldwide, although this
will need to be requested at time of your order being processed.
Delivery charges are agreed at time of sale. The usual delivery charges are up to £30.00
dependable upon the type of product you are ordering. Range cookers are bigger to
deliver and require more than one person so the charge will be more then say ordering
a splash back.
We will guarantee you a delivery time slot at time of ordering. If you want next day delivery
and we can source your product and get this next day then we will. If you need to guarantee
a certain day for delivery then we will help with this also.
Delivery responsibilty is held with the supplier or distributor who will be delivering your
product. We will try to give you 100% guarantee before placing your order, but please
know that in certain circumstances it can be out of our hands.
Couriers may be late at delivering, they may also damage products as this does sometimes
happen but we will do the best we can to avoid any problems arising.
AVAILABILITY
We will check with all our suppliers and distributors the exact information needed before
taking payment from you. We will gurantee you a supplier who has the item in stock and
can be delivered at the best time for you.
We dont just take your payment and hope for the best. Before we accept your order and
ask for payment, 1 of 3 boxes need to be ticked on our list.
1: Is the item in stock, perfect new condition?
2: Is the item available to the customer?
3: Can the item be delivered on a certain day?
Once we have a YES from each question we will give you the information to make a
decision. We will only give you True, Honest information you can trust.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the correct number of goods delivered. At time of delivery you must also check that you have received the correct goods in accordance with your order.
If you find that you have received incorrect goods or the wrong amount of goods, you must make a note of this on the despatch note, you must then notify us of this by phone, email or letter in any case within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Damaged products must not be signed for. It is your responsibility to check your products
before signing for them. We and our suppliers will not accept any excuses.
Please note: Do not fit an item if it is damaged. This counts as acceptance of goods and
the item is then non returnable.
We will chase this up as soon as possible to help you get the correct product.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an order up to 24 hours after ordering if you have realised you ordered
the wrong product, realised you have not enough funds to cover the product or simply
do not want the product anymore only if you are prepared to cover our merchant
charge for taking payments. We get charged up to 2.0 % for taking a payment and
similar to refund.
We are a decent company and if it is not our fault why you have cancelled, we only ask
for you to cover our charge. It is quite simple, Why should we recieve a charge when
you have suddenly changed your mind?
We also state 24 hours as we can usually deliver products within 3 working days. We will take
payment straight away once your order has been confirmed and we endeavour to
complete our guarantee to you.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If, in the unlikely event, you wish to make a complaint, please contact us below. We

This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
GOVERNING LAW
All contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this Web Site shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any provisions of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
